The Memorial Tournament 2011 PGA Tour Live

Hello Golf Lover!!!
Welcome to "USA LIVE STREAM", now I am informing you about The Memorial Tournament PGA Tour United States. The US PGA Tour is the biggest Golf competition. The Memorial Tournament is one of only 05 tournaments given "invitational" status by the PGA Tour and consequently it has a reduced field of only 120. The other four tournaments with invitational status are the Arnold Palmer Invitational, The Heritage, the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, and the AT&T National. Invitational tournaments have lesser fields (between 120 and 132 players), and have more liberty than full field open tournaments in formative which players are eligible to participate in their event, as invitational tournaments are not required to fill their fields using the PGA Tour Priority Ranking System. Furthermore, unlike full field open tournaments, invitational tournaments do not offer open qualifying. Click link or Icon and watch live stream online with HD TV.

Memorial Tournament :
Tiger Woods phoned Jack Nicklaus on Friday to give him the news. For the third time in six years, the biggest draw in golf would not be playing in Nicklaus' Memorial Tournament. He had planned to, but fate intervened again. "What I told him is the same thing I've told him numerous times before," Nicklaus said. "I said, 'Tiger, nobody wants their records broken. But I don't want you not to be healthy and not be able to play and give it your best shot.' "I said, 'I wish you well. I hope you get healthy, I hope you go play, I hope you do well, and if you break my records, that's fine, I want to be there to congratulate you.'"Memorial week began at Muirfield Village Golf Club yesterday with Nicklaus playing nine holes with his son Jackie, and 2002 champion Jim Furyk waging a chipping contest against his 8-year-old daughter for scoops of ice cream. It also began with the same questions hanging over golf for the past year: When will Woods play like Woods again? Will he ever? The answer won't be forthcoming in the Memorial, which Woods won for a record fourth time in 2009 - less than six months before his perfect world unraveled amid revelations of extramarital affairs. Woods won six times on the PGA Tour that year, increasing his total in 14 tour seasons to 71, third all-time behind Sam Snead and Nicklaus. Since the '09 Memorial, he hasn't won again, and now has fallen out of the top 10 in the world rankings. Yet he still captivates the audience. "It's really hard when you're out in public and everybody notices what you're doing," said Nancy Lopez, the honoree of this year's Memorial who was the Tiger of her time on the LPGA Tour in the late 1970s. But the scrutiny of professional athletes then was not near what it is now. "I hate what he's gone through in his private life. It's very humiliating, I would imagine, for him," Lopez said. "Now he's got to get through that. Will he ever get through that? I don't know." Woods' only top-10 finishes last year while going through a divorce were fourths in the Masters and U.S. Open and two more overseas. This year, he teased everyone with a run on the front nine at Augusta National, only to run out of steam. Then, two holes from the finish, he injured his left knee and Achilles tendon hitting off pine straw from under a tree. The injury is the reason he will not be at Muirfield Village. He attempted to play three weeks ago in the Players Championship and limped off after nine holes. "He's still in a boot" to protect the injured tendon, Nicklaus said yesterday. Woods said last week that he hoped to begin strength training by the end of this week to restore the leg to playing shape. His goal is to play in the U.S. Open in two weeks, but he made no promises. "I'd much rather take it slow and see how I progress, take it on a week-to-week basis," Woods said. "That's kind of where I'm at right now, and it's hard to look at it beyond that." With the latest injury coming three years after Woods had reconstructive surgery on the same knee, many wonder if breaking Nicklaus' record of 18 major championships is still in reach. "I've had four surgeries on (the knee). I'm sure down the road (playing on) it may be more difficult," Woods said. "But hopefully I'll be in a cart by then on the senior tour. Between now and then, I should be pretty good." Nicklaus agrees. "I think he'll get his health back. I think he's just got to figure out how to get his golf game back," Nicklaus said. "He's 35 years old. He's a young guy. He's got plenty of time. He's not going anywhere. He's going to be a very big force."
